Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Stallmap, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

Stallmap provides informational tools for discovering Tesla Supercharger locations, viewing recent public changes, planning routes, and sharing optional community check-ins. The app is provided by Christoph Stock and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

User content

If you submit check-ins, comments, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You must not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Stallmap. Content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable will be removed, and the accounts that posted it will be suspended or terminated. By posting a check-in you agree to our Community Guidelines.

Every check-in has a report option and every author can be blocked from within the app. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or scrape the service in ways that harm availability
• Upload malware, spam, or automated submissions
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with a site
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

Data accuracy disclaimer

Charger locations, stall counts, power levels, opening status, and route suggestions come from public and third-party sources. They may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Stallmap is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for in-vehicle navigation or official Tesla tools.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christoph Stock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for travel delays, missed charging opportunities, or reliance on map or routing data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
