Community Guidelines
Check-ins on Stallmap are public. These rules keep them useful and safe for everyone.
Last updated: 2026-08-25
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and the people who post it lose access to check-ins — permanently for serious or repeated violations. Agreeing to these guidelines is a condition of posting.
What belongs in a check-in
- The state of the charging site: working stalls, blocked bays, payment issues, queues
- Photos of the chargers, the parking area, and nearby amenities
- Practical tips for the next driver arriving there
What is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or attacks on a person or group
- Hate speech or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
- Sexual or pornographic content of any kind
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content promoting illegal activity, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Photos taken of identifiable people who are not part of your party
- Spam, advertising, or repeated posting of the same content, and licence plates or other personal data of strangers
How we enforce this
Every comment is screened automatically before it is published, and uploaded photos are screened shortly after. Screening is not perfect, so reporting matters.
- Report: tap the ••• button on any check-in and choose “Report check-in”. Reports are anonymous to the author.
- Block: tap the same ••• button and choose “Block”. You will immediately stop seeing that person's check-ins and photos. You can undo this under Settings → Blocked users.
- Delete: you can remove your own check-in at any time from the same menu.
We review every report and act within 24 hours. Content that receives multiple independent reports is hidden immediately while it is reviewed.
