Privacy Policy

Overview

Stallmap (https://supercharger.stockulus.cc) is operated by Christoph Stock, Lindenbornstr. 22, 50823 Köln. The mobile app helps you browse Tesla Supercharger locations, sync public site data, plan routes, and optionally sign in to save visits and post check-ins.

Data we collect

Location

With your permission, the app uses device location to show nearby chargers, center the map, and optionally use your current position as a routing origin. Location is used for on-device map features. When you request a route plan, origin and destination coordinates are sent to our backend to calculate the route.

Account information

If you create an account, we store your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (password hash or Apple Sign In identifier). Session tokens are stored securely on your device.

Check-ins and photos

Signed-in users may submit check-in comments and optional photos for Supercharger sites. This content is stored on our servers and may be displayed to other users of the app.

Comments and photos are screened automatically for objectionable material using Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs on the same infrastructure that hosts the app and does not use the content to train models. Content flagged as unsafe is rejected or hidden. If you report a check-in, we store which check-in you reported and the reason you gave so we can act on it; the author is not told who reported them. You can appeal an automated decision by emailing us.

Device and app data

The app caches public Supercharger data locally (SQLite) for offline use. We store routing preferences on your device. We do not ship third-party analytics SDKs in the app by default.

How we use data

• Provide map, list, change feed, and routing features
• Authenticate accounts and sync visited sites
• Display and moderate community check-ins
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Protect the service against abuse and spam

Third-party services

We rely on external providers to operate the app, including:

• supercharge.info — public Supercharger dataset
• Cloudflare — hosting for our API and website
• Geoapify — route calculation
• OpenStreetMap — nearby place data where available
• Apple — Sign in with Apple authentication

These providers process data according to their own policies when their services are invoked.

Retention

Account data and check-ins are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Cached public charger data on your device can be removed by deleting the app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
